1. Our Promise

We want you to be fully satisfied with NextCV. If the service didn't work for you, we'll refund any unused credits on your account within 7 days of purchase. No hoops, no long forms.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request it within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • You still have unused credits remaining on your account — we refund only the unused portion.
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.

3. What is Not Refundable

  • Credits that have already been consumed to generate a CV, cover letter, or interview guide.
  • Purchases older than 7 days.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or breach of our Terms.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nextcv.net from the email address linked to your NextCV account and include:

  • The email on your account
  • The date of purchase
  • Optionally — a short note on what didn't work for you (helps us improve)

5. How Long It Takes

We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request. The refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 days to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email us first at support@nextcv.net. We'll almost always resolve it faster than a bank chargeback, and it keeps our support costs down — which keeps pricing accessible for everyone.
