NextCV is an AI-powered platform that helps users create tailored CVs, cover letters, and interview preparation materials. The Service uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalised content based on your profile and job descriptions you provide.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign up using Google or GitHub authentication to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during the registration process.
  • You must not share your account or allow others to access it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to generate documents
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by our AI is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by you before use.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any documents you submit to employers or other parties.
  • You retain ownership of the content you provide and the documents generated for you.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Certain features require a paid subscription, processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed before purchase and may change with reasonable notice.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you are unsatisfied.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The NextCV platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from unsuccessful job applications or inaccurate AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
