Northwind Analytics builds data-intensive dashboards used by 2M+ operations analysts across logistics and fintech. We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the interface layer of our core query product.

You will partner with a principal PM and a staff engineer to ship cross-functional features end-to-end, from research through launch. Expect deep ownership: you'll drive design reviews, shape the weekly design-system working group, and write the changelog entries for the product we all use.

We're looking for 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS for technical users, strong systems thinking, and a portfolio that shows you can design dense tabular interfaces without making them feel heavy. Bonus for experience with charting libraries, motion design, or accessibility beyond the checkbox.

This role reports to the Head of Design. We meet in person twice a year; the rest is async. Compensation: €95-120k base + equity. We offer four weeks paid vacation, remote-work allowance, and a yearly learning budget that most of the team actually uses.
